6. My Toppreise
6.2. Registration and login
To use "My Toppreise" you have to register with Toppreise.ch. All other basic features of Toppreise.ch do not require to be logged in - but may be more comfortable.

Register:
› Click "register" in the "Login" box.
› Read the appearing text
› Choose your user name and enter it.
› Enter your correct e-mail address and password (at least 5 characters) twice
› Click on "register now"
› You'll receive an e-mail within a few minutes which contains a so called "activation link". Click this link or insert it into your browser's address field to activate your account (this is a safeguard against unwanted registrations by anonymous users). Follow the instructions within that mail if you have problems with this step.
› You're registered now and may login on Toppreise.ch

Login:
› Enter your user name and password you chosen in your registration and click "OK".
› If you want to be logged in automatically the next time you visit Toppreise.ch leave the checkbox "Remember login" active. This option stores a cookie file on your computer so the website can recognize you as a registered user. Cookies can't do any harm to your computer or spy out any kind of data.
› Now you're logged in and may use all of the additional features of "My Toppreise".
› Click on "My Toppreise" in the "Login" box to adjust your personal settings.
